Delete your PactPal account

You can delete your account yourself in the app, or ask us to do it.

In the app

Open PactPal and go to You.
Tap Delete account at the bottom.
Follow the steps and confirm.

By email

Email support@pactpal.online from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm within 7 days.

Before you delete

Withdraw any money in your wallet. If your balance is below the ₦1,000 withdrawal minimum, the app will tell you and you can choose to give it up.
Wait for any goal pact you're in to finish, and for any Ajo circle you're in to complete.

What we delete and what we keep

We delete your name, photo, bio, saved bank accounts, friends, blocks, chats, and the photos and videos you posted as proof. You won't be able to sign in again.

We keep records of payments, wallet transactions and withdrawals for as long as Nigerian law requires (generally six years), for tax, fraud prevention and audit. These records are not linked to your public profile.
