My top-up hasn't shown up

Card payments usually land in seconds. Bank transfers can take a few minutes. Your wallet updates as soon as Bachs, our payment provider, confirms the payment. If it's been more than an hour, email us.

When can I withdraw?

Money you top up can be used in pacts straight away and withdrawn after 24 hours. Withdrawals cost ₦50 and are paid to a Nigerian bank account you've verified in the app. The minimum is ₦1,000.

How do goal pacts pay out?

When a pact ends, everyone who checked in on at least 70% of the days and posted a proof that the group didn't reject gets their stake back plus an equal share of 80% of what the others staked. PactPal keeps the other 20%. If nobody finishes, everyone gets a full refund.

Reporting someone

In the app, open the chat, pact or Ajo circle, tap the menu and choose Report. You can also block people from chats and your friends list. We review reports within 24 hours.
